Loading Zone Map - Booth Information
Each 10' x 10' space will be supplied with back and side draping, one draped table and two chairs. The floor is carpeted. Hydro is not included in the price of your booth.

All exhibitors have the opportunity to include promotional inserts in the official Mature Lifestyle, Travel & Health Show "Show Bag", and we're waiving the cost as a special bonus for sponsors! This is an excellent method to ensure every attendee or couple walks away with your offer. And don't forget to check the box on the Booking Agreement.

- Show Hours
Wednesday, October 3rd, 2007: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Show Office Opens: 7:00 a.m. on October 3rd, 2007. - Move-In
The move-in date is Tuesday, October 2nd from 1:00 pm to 8:30 pm and Wednesday, October 3rd from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. All exhibitors must be moved in and set up by 9:00 a.m., October 3, 2007.
You must register at the Show Office before setting up your booth. If you need any special time or help with your move-in, please contact the Show Manager at 613 721-0811
- Move-Out
The move-out time is Wednesday, October 3, from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. No trollies or dollies will be admitted into the show area before closing time. Under no circumstances may an exhibitor remove his or her exhibit before this time. The show hours must be observed as a courtesy to both consumers and exhibitors.
